The AVAIL QuickTwist asbestos glovebag incorporates all the safety and labor saving features of past AVAIL asbestos glovebag designs. The addition of the new debris chamber design allows for a much greater work area than that of conventional glovebags.
The QuickTwist design has two distinct work zones, the removal area and the debris chamber. This two-stage design makes it safer and easier for workers to remove and securely separate debris-laden bags from pipe without having to slide the bag or put any stress on the secured ends of the glovebag.
The QuickTwist incorporates a larger work area with a narrower and taller debris chamber so that less bunching is required to twist close the glovebag. The increased work area gives the worker greater freedom inside the glovebag to access difficult pipe insulation. Each debris chamber is tall enough to handle intact sections of pipe insulation.
The Grayling AVAIL QT18 asbestos glovebag is designed for pipe diameters from 14" to 18" and provides a work area of approximately 66. The QT18 incorporates 2 sets of glovesleeves for access to both sides of the pipe.
