Personnel who are responsible for maintenance of the equipment must be trained and well acquainted with this type of work. Our Technicians has succesfully completed the training course and are well acquainted with the Sundstrom SR200 full face respirator.
The Schedule below shows the recommended minimum requirements on maintenance routines, so that you will be certain that the equipment will always be in usable condition.
Membrane Change - Annually
Head Harness Change - Annually
Service includes disinfection of respirator, membrane inspection, harness inspection, Visor inspection, Leak-Tightness tested, Tagging and certificate.
If the respirator fails the leak-tightness test extra costs maybe involved replacing parts, i.e. membranes
